All orders are shipped via DHL.

Delivery costs

Standard UK delivery is £4.99. Orders over £50.00 qualify for free standard delivery — no code needed; it's applied automatically at checkout.

Dispatch & delivery times

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of purchase (please allow extra time around bank holidays). Once dispatched, DHL delivery typically takes 1–2 working days — it's classed as a next-day delivery service. We ship Monday through Thursday, with delivery Monday through Friday.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its progress with DHL.

Delivery address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout — we're unable to redirect a parcel once it's with DHL, and redelivery to a corrected address may incur an additional charge.

Missed or delayed deliveries

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, get in touch at sales@plucknplay.com, and we'll chase it up with DHL on your behalf.
