Frequently asked questions

We've tried to answer the basic questions here, but if you need to know more, use the message button on the bottom right. It's not an instant chat, but we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

What is the return policy?

We hope you'll be over the moon with your order, but we understand it doesn't always work that way! We offer a 14-day return window, but items must be in pristine, unused condition and include their original packaging. If there is any damage to the product when you receive it (either via shipping or otherwise) you must let us know within 24 hours. We cannot accept returns for custom orders.

How much is delivery and what courier do you use?

£4.99 for standard delivery. Free for orders over £50.00! We normally use DHL, but depending on the order weight and timing, we may use other couriers.

When will I get my order?

If the item is in stock and ordered before 12pm, we endeavour to get the order out on a next working day basis. There may be delays around bank holiday and we don't ship on the weekend. For items showing as special order, it's best to request a lead time, then you can be certain of when you can receive it.

How do I claim my 5% off for my first order?

Use the code PLUCKNPLAY5 at the cart/ checkout where it asks you for a discount code. If you've used our email signup - this is separate, and you'll receive an email with a code to use on your next order.

Why should I buy from you?

We’ve spent 40 years behind guitar shop counters, working in the MI sector and across trade distribution. Every guitar, strap, tuner, and pick has been played or tested by our team. These are the products we’d choose as musicians.

Too many years spent watching customers get sold whatever had the best margin, not what actually suited them. We wanted a shop where the person behind the counter has genuinely played the gear on the shelf.

We are proudly local, keeping UK stock, ready to ship.
